"Worst Wish Ever" is the third M.A.P. Original Movie written by Nestor Castillo. It stars Dove Cameron. It was premiere on July 30, 2021.
A sequel is was premiered on March 24, 2023.
Plot[]
Ginger is a girl who believes that being perfect is a stereotype. When approaching the dance, Ginger does not give any importance, so the popular girls misbehave with her, so she makes a wish: that candidates prom queens having the worst day of their lives. The next day Ginger is nominated for prom queen, so his desire affects her.

- The official logo are made January 22, 2014.
- March 1, 2015 make the new and official logo, because the movie is changed of title from Bad Wish Ever to Worst Wish Ever.
- March 7, 2015 is maked a new poster for the movie with Dove Cameron, confirming that she will play Ginger in the movie.
- March 12, 2015 it's confirmed that Rowan Blanchard and Camila Cabello will appear in the movie.
- The movie will be part from "Worst Weekend".
- Dove is singer, but it's unknow why none of her songs appear in the movie.
- The movie was originally set to premier in September 2018 but production never started.
- On November 3rd, 2020 was announced that Lay Zhang was selected for play a role in the film the previous month, role that was in talk to be played by KJ Apa. Also was announced that in October, were in cast Noah Beck and Soony Kelli Berglund, the first is unknow why doesn't ended in the film but Berglund wasn't selected due to dubbing problems.
- On December 6th, 2020 officially the production started.[1]
- Production ended December 13, 2020.
- The same day that production started, was confirmed that The Perf Nerd actor Chris Colfer joined to the cast with the character Bernie, along with Kiersey Clemons in the role of Corinne, Álvaro Rico as Julian, Billie Eilish's cameo and the name of the character for Lay Zhang.[2]
- Dinah and Corinne became the first M.A.P. lesbian characters.
- Xiao became first Chinese character in M.A.P.
- The school in this movie reuses the set of the cancelled Frenemies.
- December 6, 2020 the logo was re-designed along with two new posters[3], being the favorites over the previous movies for Castillo.[4]
- This is the first film that a character has an exclusive poster, which is Ginger.
- The movie premieres right after the premiere of a new episode of Kendall: Love To A Guy and before a new episode of The Pabs Show, also, the first five minutes of the finale of Camp Wars were aired before the movie premiere.
- This is the movie no based in a series that has the most number of MAPStars, being Camila Cabello (Perrie and Ariana), Kiersey Clemons (Jewel Castle), Chris Colfer (The Perf Nerd) and Rowan Blanchard (The World of Niall).
- The movie was listed to premiere in July 16 along with the new episode of Kendall: Love To A Guy, but due to the finale of Camp Wars wasn't ready, the movie was pushed back to July 30 along with the new episode. The premiere date was changed July 17, one day after the scheduled date.
- This is the first M.A.P. film to have a sequel.
Future[]
Since 2020, M.A.P. registered the title Worstest Wish Ever as possible sequel. In March 3, 2023 Nestor spoke about that a possible sequel, telling that Savanna Hatts (Camila Cabello) would be the main character now, making a wish to return the days of the prom for change the events and she would become the queen. The entire cast of the film would back for the film. Despite this, the sequel wasn't confirmed.
The sequel was confirmed March 6, 2023.
